Currently, Confluence login page is not allowing me to login. It is not recognising my password and i can't see any reset password link as well on the page.
I am able to login to JIRA,BitBucket and Bamboo by using the same password. Can any body, kindly let me know how can i reset my confluence password. Thanks in advance
This situation might be due to few reasons. Mostly people do not know if there is a domain or normal type of login. If you do not see any reset password it might be due to that it is externally handled in AD/LDAP. If using SSO maybe you can try to log in to other system and then simply try to switch back to Confluence.
