how can I change the language of my Confluence?

Hi Rumi,

You can change the default language via Browse -> Confluence Admin -> Languages. Have a look at https://confluence.atlassian.com/display/DOC/Choosing+a+Default+Language for more details.

thank you. I know this admin option but I mean when a regular user would like to change the language for himself where can he do it?

Ah ok, regular users can change the language by click on their name and then Settings. More details at https://confluence.atlassian.com/display/DOC/Editing+User+Settings
