Confluence is showing error that i am viewing confluence QA instance 5.1

from last 3 days i am seeing a red line with error that says i am viewing confluence old version.

how to rectify this

That doesn't look like an error. It looks like custom html header is added. Check all custom html headers for this message.

Usually admins put these type of message to make sure end-user are aware which system they are on.
