Hi everyone,
I’ve been observing that the Confluence app on iOS takes quite some time to load content, especially when moving between pages or switching to different spaces.
The delay is more noticeable with pages that contain multiple images, attachments, or formatted tables.
This behavior doesn’t appear on the desktop version — pages there open smoothly — so it seems more specific to how the mobile app handles larger content or caching.
If anyone has insights into what could improve the app’s responsiveness, or how mobile performance is generally managed in Confluence, I’d really appreciate learning from your experience.
Thank you!
Yes, I did try clearing the cache and even reinstalled the Confluence app,
but unfortunately the issue still persists — the pages still take quite a while to load on iOS.
It feels like the delay mainly happens when switching between spaces or opening larger pages with images.
I’m still trying to figure out whether this could be related to the app’s caching or syncing behavior on mobile.
Appreciate your time and any further insights you might have!

@Edward Whitemore There was an incident with degraded performance of Atlassian Cloud apps that has now been resolved. I'm not sure if this could have been related to what you're seeing. You can see the details on the Confluence status page.

Hello @Edward Whitemore
People did mention the issues with iOS applications. Did you clear the cache of the app, uninstall it and tried again?
