Your Confluence Cloud subscription has been deactivated due to inactivity, and the data will be permanently deleted soon. Please contact us immediately if you need assistance.

As i have free account i cannot access the contac us directly, only post in the community page. Can anyone from Atlassian please help me? I cannot lose my documentation i saved in the confuence page.

Hi @David Kababyan ,

This probably happened due to Atlassian's retention policies. You can read more here: Track storage and move data across apps / What happens to Free plan apps if they're inactive for too long?

Anyway, you should be able to raise a ticket here: Atlassian Support: Pricing, Billing & Licensing 👈
To submit a ticket there, it's not necessary to have a paid subscription/plan.

Cheers,
Tobi

Hello and welcome to the Community @David Kababyan

As @Tomislav Tobijas already said, Since Atlassian’s own deactivation message tells you to contact them immediately, I would follow the Pricing, Billing & Licensing contact path that was already shared in the thread. That is probably your best chance to get the site checked before the retained data is removed.

Good luck 🤞
