Confluence error when Importing space

The following error occurs when Importing spaces in Confluence.

"There was an error during import. Please see our guide to raising a bug report."

I followed the following steps to Export and Import space

Steps:
== Export the space ==
1. Go to Space Settings --> Manage Space --> Export Space
2. Choose Full Export and click on Export button
3. Download the exported zip file

== Import in the new space ==
1. Go to Setting --> Import Spaces
2. Select the zip file and click Import

Please let me know how to fix this issues as I tried importing in different kinds of formats (HTML, CSV, XML) and I still get the generic error.

Welcome to the community.

Is it server or cloud? If server, could you please check Confluence logs?
