Confluence - error message while trying to open Confluence

Hey, there,

please, can somebody help me why Im getting an error message while trying to open my Confluence?

I created new Jira account and Space. But Im getting an error message when I try to open Confluence.

I really appreciate your help :)

There is an active incident : Jira Status

As Nathalia said, try incognito mode or with an another browser

Hi Patrik,

This appears to be a generic Confluence error message, so it doesn't provide enough detail to identify the root cause.

A few things you can check:

  • Verify that Confluence has been added and activated for your Atlassian site.
  • Go to Atlassian Administration and confirm that Confluence appears under Products.
  • Try accessing Confluence in an incognito/private browser window.
  • Clear your browser cache and cookies, then try again.
  • Check whether your user account has been granted access to Confluence.
  • If the site was created recently, wait a little while and try again, as provisioning can sometimes take time.

Could you also let us know:

  • Is this a brand-new Atlassian site?
  • Are you the site administrator?
  • Does the issue occur for all users or only for your account?
  • What URL are you trying to access?

These details will help narrow down the cause.
