Confluence email notificaion

I can not send email notification form my confluence server .  I have disabled email notification parameter but now i have removed the parameter but still can not send email notification . I have made sure of project permission.

I'm assuming it worked before you "disabled email notification parameter"?

What parameter did you change to do this?  And are you sure you've set it back correctly?
