This suggests you've uploaded a document that is encrypted, or contains fonts and formatting that are non-standard and cannot be rendered.

Unencrypted files.

I don't think it's matter of fonts.(Using standardized fonts)

However, there is a phenomenon that Korean is broken

The thumbnail and full view may be trying to use different fonts to render. It looks like your server has the fonts used for preview but does not have the ones the preview needs.
