Hi
The Atlassian team deleted all data from my free Confluence space way before the due date in the mail they sent me. The space still exists, though. How can I request a restore?

I understand that your site's data was deleted.
Upon checking internally, I see that the site was deactivated on 03 Apr 2025 due to non-payment and was again reactivated on 12 May 2025 which is post the 15 days data retention period.
For free sites we retain the instance data for 15 days for free sites and 30 days for the paid instances.
considering your plan It is not possible to recover the data for your instance at the moment.

Atlassian usually sends notifications before deleting your Space/pages.
Let's request their help and see if they can restore it.

The problem is that the request is unavailable when on a free subscription. The only option is to write about the issue there. I would move to the paid subscription, but it would be good to know if it helps to restore the data. The mail says "will be deactivated on 2025-07-16".
