Welcome to Atlassian Community! It's nice to meet you. I have a few questions about the situation.
Unfortunately, even though the error gives you a specific code, I believe it changes each time. I believe it's probably meant to be used against the Cloud logs. If we're not able to solve this via Community, I would recommend that you have your site admin raise a ticket with the Cloud Support team so we can have a look at the logs and attempt to replicate it on our end.
