Hello, we are trying to set up the Confluence connector inside the agent in Copilot Studio. We followed these instructions: Confluence Cloud Microsoft Graph connector We got the client ID and secret, but we didn't see the Confluence connector under "add knowledge." We only see the connector when we enable the "see unavailable" filter option. Could you please support us and tell us, what we need to do that the connector will be available for us? Thanks for your support.

Hi Daemen - Welcome to the Atlassian Community!

I suggest you contact Microsoft support directly to get guidance.

Hello John,

thanks for your answer.

That was my first idea, too, to question this directly with our CSP, but they referred us here, reasoning that this must be a rights issue with Atlassian.

But could you perhaps tell me whether the connector is approved in principle? I'm surprised that the connector is shown as a preview feature in Copilot Studio

Thanks for your support!

Unfortunately, I don't know the answer to that. You could also open a support ticket wtih Atlassian to see what they say. I suspect they will point you right back to MS.
