Confluence connection with Smartsheet

Hello, I am having issue with viewability for Smartsheet into confluence via iFrame.  I contact Smartsheet and they stated that it's an issue in Confluence potentially due to a JIRA SW update?

Can you elaborate? Is the macro working, just the Smartsheet is not displaying correctly? Or has no connection been made? I cannot understand why they would point to a Jira SW update affecting this...

TBH, that shows that the macro is working and it appears to be an issue on Smartsheet's side of the connection. I would push their support to try a bit harder in helping you rather than throwing out a 'someone else's problem answer' like they seem to have given you.
