Confluence chart plugin displaying command text but not chart

I have upgraded a clone of our Confluence 3.2.1 system to 4.1.6 recently and doing some testing at present.

Under 3.2.1, charts worked fine, but after I upgraded Confluence and plugins to 4.1.6, the charts just display the text rather than the chart.

The chart plugin looks to be part of Confluence 4.1, as when I look at the Administration - Plugins, it is under System Plugins.

Am I missing something?

Use insert -> wiki markup to get the old behavior or use the macro browser -> chart for a new chart.
