Can you link up comments made in Confluence with Slack?

I believe you can fine-tune your Slack notifications via Atlassian's app Confluence Cloud for Slack: https://marketplace.atlassian.com/apps/1219518/confluence-cloud-for-slack?hosting=cloud&tab=overview
