Confluence and Slack To-Do List Integration?

Is there any sort of integration between Confluence and Slack that could be used to make to-do lists? The goal being to take a slack post and automatically convert it into a confluence list.

I am not super familiar and just looking to learn if its possible!

I haven't seen the to-do list. I've seen the ability to comment and respond to confluence pages.
