Confluence all macro apps not work

Today, I find this issue, and make sure for both dev and prod apps not work at all in the Confluence page editor after / no app defined macros appeared!

I check the health status of Confluence, everything seems ok.

I have refreshed more than five times hard refresh the page, no effect at all.

except official built-in macros no macros from marketplace apps can be triggered after slash /.
