Confluence Table format looks different once published

Before I publish it looks right after I publish the format, borders, table looks off? Anyone know why?

From the picture it looks like if column width is adjusted across the table that might solve the way data in %complete column displays.

I do think there is border formatting available.

Did not help, same issue once I click publish, the data is misaligned. Maybe a bug?
