Hi,

Is there a way of creating a table in Jira that populates some columns from Jira and others can be entered as free text. I have a stakeholder who is looking for a single view and some of the would not normally be held in Jira and would be challenging to get Custom Fields created for them in our organisation as would be company wide.

HI @Sue Hicks

Welcome to the community.

You can use a Confluence Database, here you can load Jira issues and add text fields into the database.

See create-and-edit-databases

Or you rather can create custom fields in Jira and provide a context on the field, that this field is only available in certain projects and or work item types.
