Confluence Still Down? KB Unreachable with "Error occurred during template rendering"

I'm not sure if it's due to the latest issue of "Static macro rendering is failing in Confluence Cloud", but my pages suddenly aren't loading, and I can't get in anywhere.  They were working last night.

I am just getting blank pages when I try to open anything, but one time I did get

"Confluence- Error occurred during template rendering: Invocation of method 'getData' in class com.atlassian.confluence.impl.spa.SpaCacheManager threw exception com.opensymphony.module.propertyset.PropertyImplementationException: PreparedStatementCallback; SQL [...suppressed]; Pool couldn't obtain connection within 5000 ms.; nested exception is java.sql.SQLTimeoutException: Pool couldn't obtain connection within 5000 ms. at /spa/spa-after-decorator.vm[line 21, column 54]. Contact your administrator for assistance."

This is just Confluence Cloud.  It's our KB, so it being down is a big problem.

Your post tags indicate you are using a Free subscription. Is that correct?

If you are using a paid subscription I suggest you open a support case directly with Atlassian. If you are using a free subscription you will not be able to open a support case, but I can escalate your post here to Atlassian team members in that case.
