Getting this error when trying to create a Confluence Status Report page "Status report is not available for your version of JIRA. Upgrade to JIRA 6.1.1 or later to use this report." We are currently using Cloud JIRA & Cloud Confluence. What we are trying to do is get a weekly Sprint Report imported in Confluence automatically. How can I fix this error message, or is there another way to achieve what I am trying to do?
Hi Kristin,
I am not sure why you are getting that error when using the Status Page template on your Confluence Cloud instance. I tried on my Cloud test instance and it worked, but I don't think it fits your use case as it just had a Confluence status macro and some Jira issues pie charts.
It sounds like you are looking for something more akin to the Burndown chart which is available as a macro in Confluence.
I wanted to share this page with you, because it shows more options: Monitoring the progress of a sprint
For that error you are seeing about your version of Jira, please let me know at what point in creating the page the error appears - if you have a screen shot that will be helpful as well.
Thanks,
Ann
I tried again today and it worked without an error, thanks. I'm looking for something set up exactly how the Sprint Report sets up the report, with a list of all the issues that were worked on during the sprint, it points out which issues were added after the Sprint started, and issues that were not completed in the Sprint. I just need the ability to email this report out on a weekly basis or export it to Confluence. I believe I found a plugin that will do this EazyBI, but I am still tinkering with it.
