Confluence Recommended Updates email subject line

Does anyone know how the email subject line is generated for the Confluence Recommended Updates email?  And how I might change it?

This is what mine says "[confluence] Recommended in Confluence for Test Confluence - Oct 18, 2018".

I want to find out where "..for Test Confluence" is coming from.

You may be able to edit the template using the article below:

• Customizing Email Templates

In the same location as the jar file mentioned in the article, there's another called confluence-daily-summary-email-X.X.X.jar, and I believe this may be the jar that can help you customize your email.

Feel free to modify it using the above article, but makes sure to keep a clean copy in case you have to revert your changes.
