Confluence PDF export problem (urgent)

When I try to export the document I created in Confluence as a PDF, the progress gets stuck at 25% complete and doesn't move forward, even after waiting for a long time. The PDF download never completes.
I’m expecting a quick resolution as my work is currently on hold because of this issue.

welcome to the community and thanks for your question.
I first would try to reload the Confluence page with caches cleared (sometimes this helps).
Second I would go ahead and open up a support ticket here to have someone investigate this.

Third: Did you try to export another page? Maybe its just the page or the content.

Per default, there is a maximum file size for the pdf generated, as per earlier question on this forum

I don't think the issue is the file size; I'm having the same exact issue where the download stops at 25%. I've had my team members try as well and they are also experiencing the same exact issue with downloads stopping at 25%.
