Apologies, it seems that I submitted my question under the wrong category at first.
As my title states, our original Org Admin has left the company, and unfortunately, there is no way for us to retrieve the account through our IT team.
I came across a similar question in this community post:

According to the instructions there, it seems I need to raise my question here so that Support can create a ticket on our behalf:
"If you are a user without admin permission and the only site and org admin left the company, please create a new question here in the community so we can create a ticket on your behalf."
For your reference, I also attempted to raise a ticket through the support website (https://support.atlassian.com/contact/#/) by selecting "Security Concerns". Initially, I tried "Account Login and Email Issue", but it appears that only admins are allowed to raise a ticket under that category.
If possible, could you please help initiate a support ticket so that Confluence Org Admin rights can be transferred to my account?
