Confluence - No mobile navigation?! - Serious major Problem

Hello Atlassians,

We are currently testing Atlassian products within our company.
I personally invested more than a year convincing our CEO and CTO to adopt the Atlassian ecosystem.
We are evaluating Jira, Jira Service Management, and Confluence for both internal use and external IT support.

Unfortunately, I have now encountered major issues that could potentially cause our entire Atlassian project to fail. 
We discovered that Confluence itself cannot really be navigated on mobile devices via the browser, as the menu is missing in the mobile view.

I also test third Party theming Apps.
But the third Party Confluence theming Apps, don´t load in Confluence App.
Also we cannot force all of your customers to use the Confluence App.

i opened a ticket at the Atlassian Support. But i want to hear your opinions, and how to handle this mayor problem. I will have a serious problem now.

Confluence is a premium product for which customers pay a significant amount, and it is difficult to understand how such a basic capability as navigation on mobile devices is currently not properly supported.

I personally invested more than a year convincing our CEO and CTO to adopt the Atlassian ecosystem. Unfortunately, this limitation now puts the entire project at serious risk, up to and including cancellation.
Therefore, I sincerely ask that you discuss this topic with your product team and share their vision and recommended approach with us—especially regarding how third party Apps and Addons, Macros expected to work in mobile scenarios and how customers should realistically handle this use case.
The Confluence App has the worst ratings in the Appstore. You cannot force people to use the App, by not providing basic functions in the mobile view!!!

I truly believe in your product and would very much like to move forward with Atlassian and your apps, but we need a credible and sustainable solution for this challenge.
