Confluence Menu Change

I am looking to change the order of the Menu Items off of the Practices Menu.

Some of the Menu items are truly Practices, others are more like adjacent teams that support practices.  The ideal would be if we could list alphabetically then have a horizontal line and list the others.  If that is not possible maybe you can share some options (besides creating an additional separate menu.)

Could you explain what the "practices menu" is?  That's not something we see in a standard Confluence.  Do you have a theme installed that is modifying the layout and menus?
