Confluence Mention not showing on Jira tickets

Those new to the Atlassian Community have posted less than three times. Give them a warm welcome!

We automatically create a page on confluence for each Jira ticket.  While the page is being created on confluence, the confluence mentions section on our newer tickets is missing.  It does still appear on our older tickets.

We have a high volume of these so it's not practical to use the suggested workaround or reediting the confluence page 2x to remove and then reinsert the ticket # reference.  

Is there an issue with Confluence indexing?  How can I trace this?

Your question is tagged for both Cloud and Data Center. In order to answer your question, we need to know what your hosting is because things work a bit differently on DC and Cloud.

Can you also specify how you configured this? With a 3rd party app? With Automation? If you used Automation, can you include a screenshot of the rule you created? That will help fellow Community users make suggestions.

In which way you Creating that Automatic ? From that we should start.

you could check if the information is still in the ticket but not synching or beeing displayed correctly. I do this by using the developer console of the webbrowser and load the page. then you can check if there is something missing or gets strange http status codes. from there you can also create a HAR FIle that the official atlassian support team can utilize to track issues - if there are any.
