Our Security team does not approve plain text password being stored in a plain text file. Is there a way to encrypt the password on the atlassian-user.xml file?
That's the old skool way to do it. It's now set up in the User Directories section in the administrator interface. The password is not stored in plain text in a config file any longer. It's now stored in plain text in the database. :/
