Confluence Edit Link - add title attribute

I'd like to be able to add a tooltip for links.

You can use a user Macro, there is already an example at Atlassian

You must be a registered user to add a comment. If you've already registered, sign in. Otherwise, register and sign in.

That sort of works for plain text. It doesn't work at all for links.
