Confluence Document Trigger

Hello, 

I wanted to know if it is possible to have a document in confluence be sent through an Outlook (email) through a trigger or automation in Jira?  Is this something I can add as a task to Jira, attach confluence document and notify team through outlook?

Hi Michelle,

from your question, I cannot really judge what you would like to accomplish.

If this is simple to inform a group of people whenever a confluence page is updated, this can be done by adding them as "watchers" to the page or space in confluence.

Please elaborate a little bit more so we can fully understand what your goal is, e.g. if you want

• the page linked in the mail or attached as a PDF / word
• the recipients are active in confluence as users or some external mail adresses
• ...
