Confluence Database CSV import creates duplicate fields

I have a Confluence Database built, fields set up, and some data already populated. I can export the data, and fill out the CSV with data I want imported. But when I import the exact same column names, duplicate columns are created. Instead of data going into existing "Name" column, a "Name 1" column is created (even though the structure is locked), etc. Doesn't matter what field type is, and I don't see a popup like the documentation seems to indicate I should see.

Sounds like this is a know issue -

I feel sure I've used the import successfully before
