Confluence Cloud workspace categories

Hi, I have organization admin-level permissions, but I can't seem to find an option to edit a category in Confluence Cloud workspaces. There's nothing related to categories in the workspace settings. 

Could you please point me in the right direction?

I'm not sure of the last time this page was updated, but, in my space, I selected Space settings > General > Space details, and then I had to select the More details link at the bottom to show the Categories box.

EDIT: I do not have a list of Suggested Space Categories.
