Confluence Cloud free trial is stuck on loading screen during initial setup

Hello Atlassian Support,

I started using the Confluence Cloud free plan, but the setup seems to be stuck on the loading screen.

After signing up and trying to access Confluence, I only see the message saying that Confluence is being optimized for new ideas, and it does not proceed any further. The page remains stuck on that screen for a long time.

I have already tried waiting, refreshing the page, and checking again, but the issue continues.

Could you please check whether there is any problem with the site provisioning or my account setup?

I think you should raise a request to Atlassian support in that case.

No current incident on Confluence listed.

I'd agree with Florian here. You'll want to open a request to Atlassian Support.

Optional quick checks while you wait

  • Try a different browser. 
  • Try a different network. Mobile Hotspot, Corporate Network/VPN, personal Wifi, etc. Something may be blocking Atlassian traffic. 
  • Go to you Atlassian profile to confirm your email is verified and account looks normal.

Hello @Daeyoo Kim 

This looks less like a normal setup issue and more like something stuck on Atlassian’s side.

I would still try the basics quickly (different browser, incognito, different network), but if it is consistently stuck on loading during trial setup, there is not much you can fix from your side.

In that case I would raise it directly with Atlassian via the support/contact form so they can check the provisioning in the backend.

Community can help with configuration, but for this kind of issue you usually need Atlassian to look at it.
