Hi,
I'm looking into if we want to use Confluence for documentation in our organisation and integrating it in Teams.
However, I'm having issues with the fact that after adding a tab in a Teams channel, whenever I'm trying access a link to another Confluence page, it opens in the browser and not in the app.
It would be much preferred to open the links inside the app, and it also annoys me that there's no navigation.
Is there any way to edit this behaviour?
Hi @Craig Nodwell and thank you!
Yes, it is the app. I've read through the page you referenced to but to no avail.
I was hoping that the app inside Teams would be like in the browser.
Take for example I have a KB space in Confluence called 'System documentation' where I have multiple pages that contains documentation and trouble shooting articles to each system. I can easily browser these different pages inside the browser, but not within the Teams app.
We have aprox. 50 systems, and it would be horrible to have 50 channels for each system in Teams just to be able to view the page. I would much rather just have one channel linked to Confluence where I'm able to browse through the content inside Teams itself and not having everything get opened in a browser.
Do you have any tips?
I hope that made sense, and I appreciate the swift response.
