Hello,
On February 16th, I received an email from Atlassian stating that my
Confluence site had been deactivated due to long-term inactivity.
I am able to log in to my Atlassian account, but all of my Confluence
data is no longer accessible and appears to have disappeared.
I was using a free subscription plan.
I would like to know if there is any way to restore my Confluence data
or reactivate my site.
Could you please let me know how I can restore my Confluence?
Your help would be greatly appreciated.

Unfortunately, this is noted in Atlassian data retention policies - sites on Free plan will be deactivated after a period of inactivity. If you're a site admin, you should get an email to let you know if your site has been inactive and is at risk of being deactivated. ⚠️
As you don't have a valid paid plan, you cannot raise a ticket via the previously linked support portal, but you can use Atlassian Support: Pricing, Billing & Licensing 👈
(although I'm not sure if they will be able/willing to recover the data)

I tried accessing the Atlassian Support link, but it only directed me to post a question in the Community or browse guides.
Is there a more direct way to contact the Support Center?

You have to login with your Atlassian account and in the page i gave you at the bottom there is a button Contact Support where u can open a support ticket.
