Confluence Cloud – Personal space content intermittently not loading on refresh

Product: Confluence Cloud (Free plan)

Issue:
When I refresh a page in my personal space, the content sometimes loads normally but other times shows as empty or "no content." This happens intermittently on the same page. Refreshing again usually restores the content.

Steps to reproduce:

  1. Navigate to any page in my personal space

  2. Refresh the browser (F5 or Ctrl+R)

  3. Content occasionally appears blank or missing

  4. Refreshing again may restore it

Expected behavior: Content should always display correctly on refresh.

Actual behavior: Content intermittently fails to load.

Possibly related known issues:

Has anyone else experienced this? Any known workarounds or fixes?

Hi @정승용 ,

 

Can you please check whether the issue also occurs in an incognito/private window? Can you also try a different browser to see if the behavior is browser-specific?

If you're in Google Chrome, open your browser's Developer Tools (right click-> Inspect) and check the Network and Console tabs when the page loads blank to check for any failed requests or JavaScript errors.

저는 구글 크롬 브라우저를 사용하고 있었습니다.

실제로 위 이미지에서 볼 수 있듯이, 저는 20페이지 이하의 문서가 들어 있는 폴더들을 가지고 있는데, 이 경우에는 자바스크립트 오류가 발생하지 않습니다.

"폴더 만들기"를 클릭하거나 본문에서 설명한 대로 콘텐츠가 누락된 경우, 위 이미지와 같은 화면이 나타나고 아래와 같은 오류가 발생합니다.

시크릿 모드에서도 동일한 문제가 발생합니다.
