Confluence Backup not successful.

  • I can create the cloud backup and can't download the copy of the backup file fully. Its downloaded partially.
  • I need help from Confluence Support

Hi @RahmanIT, 👋

This usually happens when the backup file is large and the download times out mid-way.
Try downloading again using a stable connection (or with a tool like wget that supports resume).
You can also generate a smaller backup first (without attachments) to confirm it completes properly.
