As stated in the message:

1. Did you check the Atlassian Status page to see if there are known active incidents? I just did, and there are not.
2. Did you wait 5-10 minutes and then try again?

If you have done both of those and you are still encountering a problem then you need to contact Atlassian's support team. To do so, open a support case through their customer portal at

1. i checked status page and there is operational issue for confluence.

2. yes, i waited around 1hr.
