Confluence 2.9.1->4.1 upgrade, problem with User Macro

Those new to the Atlassian Community have posted less than three times. Give them a warm welcome!
We recently upgraded to v4.1 (2.9.1 to 3.5.1, 3.5.1 to 4.1).
In the 2.9.1 instance we were using a user defined macro named "indent". On pages that use the "indent" macro we are experiencing problems. I will attach screenshots from the pre and post upgrade instances, as well as a screen shot of the user macro definition.
