Hi there,

From my understanding, you're having an issue receiving the "Forgot Password" email for a user.

• If you're on Cloud, please raise a support ticket and we can help you to get that email.
• If you're on Server, then please reach out to your server admin and they will be able to help you get that email.
• If you are the server admin, it may be that you haven't configured a server for outgoing mail.
