Confiforms page creation on submit with a template

Is there a way to create a form that upon submission a page is created that pulls in select data from the form and also includes a template or table that has static questions that can be used for a pre-job meeting later?

Hi @drsette 

You can create a page with any layout using ConfiForms. There are literally no limits - you decide what to put in the template - be it some dynamic contents from ConfiForms or some static data or contents from 3rd party apps/macros
