Confiforms correlated dropdowns

Looking to have two related dropdowns in a Confiforms form on confluence, where in Dropdown Alpha when option A is selected only options 1 and 2 are shown in Dropdown Beta to choose from.

When Alpha option B is selected only Beta option 3 and 4 are displayed.

when Alpha option C is selected only Beta options 5 and 6 are displayed
