Confiform not rendering

Error- Rendering of ConfiForms Form contents has failed: ConfiForms Form name 'MobileDeviceAllocationRequestForm' is not unique within a page: page id = 825776024.

• I am getting this error above after I copied and pasted the code of a form form to another page. I have deleted the copied form and cleaned API but still getting this error. Could you please advise why are we getting this error and what could be potential solution.

Hi

This error message tells you that you have more than one ConfiForms Form (Definition) macro on the page that has the same name (MobileDeviceAllocationRequestForm)

In other words you have 2 or more macros with the same form name defined in the same page

And ConfiForms requires for form names to be unique on the same page
