Hello, I created a form and displaying the action buttons (defined on the form) on a page with a Table View. I have specific flags controlling when to show the action buttons (Hide condition) and all of it works for me. It doesn't matter who creates a record from the form, I am the only one who sees the action buttons when the Hide condition is present.
The problem is other users (system administrators and additional superusers, and admins added on the form) are unable to see the buttons until I remove the Hide the conditions.
Is this a bug?
Hi
What type of condition do you have set for the action button? Are the flags (I assume these are also fields) have any restrictions set?
Alex
Hi Alex, So sorry - I didn't get a notification of your response.
Yes! There are restrictions! I was so focused on the action buttons I didn't even check the properties on the flag fields. I removed the restrictions and the users can now see.
Thank you as always!
Lilian

Yes, that is important to understand
Filters (conditions) also cannot "see" view-restricted fields. Otherwise it would not be much "restricted", if you think about it
