Hi All,

Our confluence always shower embedded frame for Figma links and starting from last week the view have changed to as its tickets/cards.

What could have changed? Is it possible to return to the previous type of view?

Hi @Vera Valshonok ,

Yes, due to recent change around mid October, 2025,  smart links for Figma (and some other apps) now default to card view in certain contexts for better responsiveness. You can refer to the similar article that will guide you to revert: Set Default Link Style. / Display Inline style.

  • Click the Figma link on the page, the floating toolbar appears.
  • Select "Display as" > Choose "Embed" (if available; it should be for Figma).
  • Save/publish -> Repeats for each link, but sticks per instance.

You can use the Iframe macro ( /iframe ) -> Paste the Figma embed code (from Figma Share > Copy embed). This forces full embed without card fallback.

Hope everything works out for you!

Best,

Peter
