How can we remove Comments made at the bottom of a page?

If you mean to delete them once written if you are an administrator, you can delete them.
Now if you mean that they cannot be placed, you will have to do it through the confluence permissions

People with permissions to delete will see the delete button at the bottom (right next to edit). These people are typically:
Can you check and see if you can delete your own comments?
If so you can coordinate with your team to delete their own comments. Alternatively you can work with your Confluence admin to delete the comments across all users.
