Hello, is it possible to create a comment field inside the page content. Our custommer wants to know if he can add comments under every section of the page.

the only way I know to do something like this is with the talk plugin: https://marketplace.atlassian.com/plugins/com.stiltsoft.confluence.talk.confluence-talk-plugin
It's a commercial plugin.
