We are planning to purchase the Comala Workflow Management plugin for our Confluence environment and would like to clarify a few points before proceeding.

  1. After purchasing the plugin, will we be able to receive technical support during the setup or while creating and customizing standard workflows?

  2. How is the initial configuration and integration process typically handled? Are there any official guides or onboarding support available?

  3. Is the Comala plugin offered as a single product, or are there multiple versions or feature-based tiers available?

  4. What are the conditions for receiving technical support, and who exactly provides it – is it handled by Appfire directly or via Atlassian support?

  5. Finally, how and where can we do the purchase process? from where?
