I want to utilize the 2 columns layout but I'd like the left column to be much small than the right, I selected the format where the right column is bigger but is there a way to adjust the columns even more? I like this idea but my left column is going to be the table of contents and that's it, so it doesn't need to be as wide as it is. 

Also, any idea how to make the table of contents float as you scroll down the page?

Hi @Amanda Fasano The column width is fixed using Layouts. One idea would be to use a 2-column Table where you can adjust the column widths in combination with a Table of Contents. 

I'm not aware of a floating table of contents, but you could use the Table of Content Zone which does allow the links to be at the top and bottom of the page.
