Our business is closing down and we are trying to close down our Atlassian accoutns and all account with it.  We have saved our data we wanted but we are having issues with closing because we cant verify domain for bionautlabs.com

Thank you for the additional context!

For the empty Organization, you can try deleting it already by following the steps here: 

• Delete your organization 

For the Organization still with active apps, you will need to deactivated and delete them first. I highly recommend you taking backups of the products active in your site, in case it is something you need to consult later on:

• Confluence – Create a site backup

• Jira apps – Exporting issues

After this is all deleted, the second Organization can also be deleted.

To help you with the next steps in deleting/expedite the deletion of the site, we created a ticket on your behalf with our billing and licensing team who should be able to help with that.

After they delete/expedite the deletion of your site, you will be able to delete the second Organization.

Please find the ticket at https://support.atlassian.com/requests starting with CA, or check your email, as you should have received a message with the ticket as well. :)

I am not able to delete the apps so I can delete the account.  Also I cant delete the account  that has nothing under it.

Jessica this system is really not easy to work with can you please just delete everyting and close it all down for me me?  I have saved everyting that we wanted.  I dont understand why its not working for me i have followed all the instructions but still no luck at all.

I can't delete the apps on your behalf, but you should be able to confirm and request the deletion at the ticket we created for you.

Please check if you can see it at https://support.atlassian.com/requests or at your email (we created on your behalf, with the same email address listed as billing admin for the site and used to create this post).

After that, if you can't delete the Organizations, our billing and licensing team can transfer the ticket to our technical support team, to have access to your Organizations (with the data request approval from within the ticket) so we can give it a check there from the ticket, okay?

Hi @Darren_Brownell 

I see that you have two Organizations, one empty and another with an active site.

I understand that your goal is to cancel the site and delete, as well the Organizations, in order to close the business, is that correct?

If that is the case, that should not be necessary to verify a domain in your Organization.

Could you share more information on your use case why you are trying to verify a domain at your Organization, in order to close the site/orgs?

I think we might of made two accounts by accident but yes both of them need to be closed down 100%.  Yes sadily we are closing but when online I dont have the ability to close them down.  We need getting emails from Atlassian with bills that have zero ballance.  The CEO does not want that to happen any more and has asked to close them all.  Can you help me with that?  Happy to jump on a call if needed.
